Friday Evening workout Announcement

Alright gang - it is time.  With only three weeks left to sign-up for the beat down we are goign to start releasing workouts and hints.  We will be updating the blog a minimum of three times/week each week leading up to the Beat Down so stay tuned.  Tonight is the release of the Beasts (Division #1) workout for Friday evening.


DIV 1 (BEASTS) - FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS WORKOUT
20 35/45# Thrusters (BB)
20 bench jumps (city bench)
run down grassy hill and bear crawl back to top 
2 Rounds 
10 HSPU (kipping allowed)
20 25/45# OH plate on the spot lunges (step out and back to start position)
Trail run (down stairs and through river landing)
2 rounds 
Thrusters - full depth squat to full lockout overhead
- Bench Jumps - contact with the top of the bench (not full foot) and full extension on the way off of the bench
- HSPU - men to one abmat off of 45# plates (york plates), women to tow abmats off of 25# plates.
- OH Lunges - plate must never touch the body, 25# for ladies and 45# for men.  Full hip extension and full expression of the top position is required on each rep.
