After social meal and food available throughout the day

Hey gang,

The meal for the social will be held at the gym after the challenge is over - it will be put on by West Bridgeford Meats (they will be providing a detailed menu soon).  They will have available a free range hormone free meat dish, a few salad choices (paleo), and a dessert (probably not paleo), there will more than likely be bread and buns available as well.  The social will be held immediately after the challenge finishes (5:30'ish') and we will have some chairs and tables made available.

West Bridgeford meats will also be at the challenge throughout the day offering a variety of high quality meats (on a stick, sausage, etc). 

Synergy will have a tent available to grab meal replacement bars, shakes, etc as well throughout the day. 

Even though food is available I highly recommend bringing a lunch as it can be hard to find quality food downtown on the weekend.  Also it will be an action packed day so you may not want to leave.
